KHAIRAT ISLAMIC TRUST
The Waqf is an Islamic charitable endowment which involves donating for the benefit of the needy. The waqf is regarded in Islam as a very important endowment program. Establishing it's status from the verses and the Sunnah of the Prophet (S.A.W). It has been narrated by Anas bn Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) that the prophet (S.A.W) has done the waqf, and that all his disciples that were capable of donating to a waqf had done so in their life time. Islamic history has shown the enormous benefit derived from the waqf in uplifting Muslim lives.
